The Middle East Skill Development Award
أعزائي أفراد مجتمع المدرسة المحلي، الزملاء، الأصدقاء، والأحبة،
أود أن أعبر عن خالص شكرى وتقديري للجنة جوائز "مؤتمر التعليم العالمي" لمنحي "جائزة الشرق الأوسط في القيادة التربوية" ومنح مدرسة دبي الدولية الخاصة "جائزة الشرق الأوسط في تطوير مهارات القيادة" في دورته الرابعة عشر، التي أقيمت في 28 مايو 2025 في أبوظبي. إن هذا الشرف يضعني في حالة من التواضع العميق. أؤمن بشدة أن هذه الجوائز ليست مجرد انعكاس لجهودي، بل هي شهادة على العمل الجاد والتفاني والروح الثابتة لكل مجتمع مدرستنا والدعم غير المحدود من رئيس مجلس الإدارة، الدكتور جمعة بلهول. على مدار 25 عامًا، كان لي شرف قيادة هذه المؤسسة - وهي رحلة كانت مُرضية كما كانت مليئة بالتحديات.
أكرر شكري لكل من ساهم في هذا الشرف الاستثنائي، ودعونا نحتفل ليس فقط بإنجازاتنا اليوم ولكن أيضًا بوعد ما ينتظرنا في المستقبل.

Esteemed DIS Community, Colleagues, and Friends
I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the committee of the “World Education Congress Awards” for granting me the "The Middle East Education Leadership Award” and for granting Dubai International Private School “The Middle East Skill Development Award” on its 14th Edition, which was held on 28th May 2025 in Abu Dhabi. This honor humbles me deeply. I firmly believe that these awards are not merely a reflection of my efforts, but a testament to the hard work, dedication, and unwavering spirit of our whole school community and the limitless support of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Juma Belhoul. For 25 years, I have had the privilege of leading this institution, a journey that has been as fulfilling as it has been challenging.
A special thank for everyone who has contributed towards this remarkable honor. Let us celebrate not only our achievements today but also the promise of what lies ahead.
